To book services through our Site, users must provide their full name, email address, and phone number. Additional information such as diving certifications, age, and equipment sizes may be requested based on the specific service booked.
Minors (under 18) must have written parental or guardian consent and must provide a signed waiver before participating.
3. Payments and Fees
We accept the following payment methods:

Credit Cards (subject to a 3% surcharge in compliance with Florida state regulations)
Venmo
Cash (only accepted for additional payments on-site)
Bookings typically require either a deposit or full payment at the time of reservation. Full payment must be made no later than the commencement of the booked service. Specific payment conditions are outlined during the booking process.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation terms vary by service and are clearly stated at the time of booking. Generally:
eLearning products are non-refundable.
Specific cancellation penalties and timeframes are detailed within individual product descriptions.
If the Company cancels services due to adverse weather conditions, technical difficulties, or other issues under our control, we will issue a 100% refund, excluding non-refundable items like eLearning materials.
5. Liability and Waivers
Diversland LLC is not liable for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property during diving activities or related events, except in cases of gross negligence. All participants must sign liability waivers compliant with PADI and SDI/TDI standards prior to participation.
We strongly recommend that divers secure personal diving insurance (such as DAN) to cover diving-related risks. It is the diver’s responsibility to ensure appropriate insurance coverage.
6. Conduct Requirements
Participants must adhere to strict behavioral guidelines, including:
No alcohol or drug consumption before or during diving activities.
Compliance with certification and training requirements specified for each dive or activity.
Participants aged 10 to 18 require written parental permission and signed documentation.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in exclusion from the activity without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on Diverslandflorida.com, including texts, images, graphics, and videos, is protected by copyright and trademark laws and remains the exclusive property of Diversland LLC or its content providers. Reproduction, distribution, or use of this content without explicit written permission is strictly prohibited.
8. Agency Disclaimer for International Bookings
When booking international diving trips, Diversland LLC acts solely as an agent. Responsibility for quality, safety, and fulfillment of services lies entirely with the local diving operators in the destination country. We accept no responsibility for cancellations, changes, or problems caused by the local service provider.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions or use of our services will first be subject to good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration or litigation in a court located in Florida, USA, governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Florida.
